The Montgomery® Medialization Thyroplasty Implant        

newgreen1.gif (1046 bytes)The Thyroplasty Implant has been designed to treat unilateral vocal cord paralysis and resolve laryngeal dysfunction such as loss of voice, poor voice quality, aspiration, or inability to cough. It is preformed and available in many sizes to avoid the complications common with implants hand-carved at the time of surgery.
